| 요약1 | 본 연구는 어업활동이 활발히 일어나고 있는 대표적인 연안도시인 부산광역시의 도시어촌을 대상으로 한다. 대표적인 도시어촌 청사포를 대상으로 주민과 함께 설계하는 과정을 고찰하고자 한다. 대부분의 어촌마을이 관광형 ? 체험형으로 일률적으로 정비되고 있는 시점에 지역성을 고려한 정주환경 정비라는 측면에서도 큰 의미를 가진다. 본 연구를 통해 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 주민의 의견을 수용하되 전문가의 적절한 대응방안 및 확고한 철학이 필요하다. 둘째, 도시어촌의 새로운 공간에 대한 학문적 접근과 적합한 상징적인 구조물 혹은 건축물이 필요하다. 청사포에 대한 인지도가 현저히 낮은 상황에서 단순히 관광이라는 키워드로 기타 다른 어촌과의 차별성을 가지는 것은 어렵다. 따라서 학문적 함의를 내포한 그로인해 관광으로 연계되는 방안을 고려하였다. 셋째, 공간유형 및 디자인 설계 요소를 선정함에 있어 장기간의 주민과의 합의가 필요하다. 넷째, 주민들의 소중한 자산 및 자원으로 마을의 정체성을 확고히 한다. 지속적인 주민들의 참여를 유발하기 위해서는 마을의 정체성을 구축하는 것에 있어 주민들 스스로의 힘이었다는 것을 알려야 한다. |
| 요약2 | The object of this research is to study and develop the participatory planning process and techniques for an urbanized fishing village, Cheongsapo, which is threatened to lost its vernacular characteristics in the course of urbanization process. While many urbanized fishing villages have adjusted themselves to the tourism and sightseeing demands, Cheongsapo village has initiated a series of programs for balancing the local living environment and the new urban functions including the tourism. The results are as followings. The first, needs and ideas of the residents should be respected, but the proper guidance from the experts is required. The seconds, symbolic structures visualizing the authenticity of urbanized fishing villages is needed to fortifying their unique character of fishing villages and reinforce the tourism activities. The last, long-term participation and agreement between residents is important to define their local assets and identity and secure its long-term implementation. |
