| 요약1 | 본 논문에서는 정보화 사회에서 해안관광도시의 나아가야 할 미래의 방향에 대하여 스페인 바르셀로나 시를 대상으로 조사, 분석, 연구하였다. 최근 바르셀로나 시에 소재하고 있는 인텔리전트 해안(Intelligent Coast) 대학원에서는 바르셀로나 시를 관광과 지식기반 산업을 결합한 도시로 전환시키고자 하는 연구를 수행하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 바르셀로나 시의 시도를 소개하고, 본 연구진이 바르셀로나 시에서 수행한 프로젝트를 통해 인텔리전트 해안도시 조성에 대해 재해석된 개념과 방법론을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 통섭적인 접근방법으로 인텔리전트 해안개발 개념과 해안도시 개발정책을 재해석하였다. 본 논문은 첫째, 새로운 공간을 찾는 매핑 분석. 둘째, 새로운 프로그램을 구성하는 매트릭스 분석. 셋째, 매핑과 매트릭스 분석의 결과가 통합된 리모델링 계획 수립의 세 단계를 통하여 인텔리전트 해안도시 리모델링 최종 디자인 방안을 제시하였다. 이는 도시 조성 과정에서 생길 수 있는 여러 가지 문제를 사전에 차단하고 다양한 이해관계에 있는 도시 구성원의 이해상충을 최소화 할 수 있는 도시 리모델링 방안이 될 수 있다. |
| 요약2 | In response to a new direction for coastal city tourism in coastal cities, this paper suggests a new paradigm in the coastal development by the analysis of Barcelona's Intelligent Coast(IC) Project. The IC Project has been developing the qualitative coastal tourism-systems. The goals of the IC Project are to introduce and offer the methodology to analyze the city and reinterpret the existing city as a viable place for a new knowledge-based tourism. As such, it presents a consilient approach to coastal city planning. The contents are as follows. First, the processes of mapping analysis for finding new space are discussed. Second, the processes of the matrix analysis, which forms a new program, are addressed. Third, the results of the first and second are combined intocone entity, and applied to the site specifics, establishing the remodeling plan for developing a city as a place of knowledge-based coastal tourism. The design process can be used to prevent problems and minimize conflicts of interest among existing urban fabrics when remodeling the cities. |
