| 요약1 | 본 연구는 방사형 가로의 구조를 가진 광주광역시 학동 8거리를 대상으로 도시 주거지 공간구조의 변화를 분석하였다. 공간구조의 변화는 토지이용패턴과 가로 위계 측면에서 분석하였다. 토지이용패턴은 용도, 규모의 변화와 대지의 합필에 의한 변화를 살폈고, 가로의 위계는 계획가로(1936년)와 현가로(2008년)의 비교를 통해 분석하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상가의 분포 패턴은 계획가로가 아닌 현가로의 위계에 대응하고 있었다. 둘째, 규모의 변화는 미미하였다. 셋째, 대지의 합필에서 가로의 일부를 가구의 내부공간으로 포함시키는 패턴의 합필은 가로의 구조를 변화시키는 주요 요인이 되었다. 넷째, 도시공간구조와의 관계 속에서 8거리의 위계는 변하지 않았다. 다섯째, 국부통합도에서는 현가로는 초기계획과 다른 위계로 변하였다. 감시를 목적으로하는 초기 가로체계에 반해 현가로에서는 국부통합도에 의한 가로의 위계가 전체통합도에 의한 가로의 위계와 비슷해지는 결과를 보였다. 결국 국부적 영역에서의 8거리의 공간구조는 과거의 감시에 적합한 구조에서 도시공간구조에 대응하는 구조로 변화되었다고 볼 수 있다. |
| 요약2 | The purpose of this study was to analyze the change of spatial structure of the hak-dong 8 Street, which is residential area, in Gwangju where 8 streets are gathered as a radial shape. The results were following : First, most of the variations were the changes into stores and it was happened in accordance with the change of the street hierarchy. Second, the change of the scale was insignificant and irregular with the change of the street. Third, the annexation of lands was the main factor to change the structure of the streets in that some parts of the streets were included into the inner space of the house. Forth, according to Global Integration analysis, on the side of the relations between urban spatial structure and 8 streets, the hierarchy of the streets was not changed in spite of the changes upwards. Fifth, according to Local Integration analysis, the hierarchy of the initial street plan was different from that of current one. Thus, the spatial structure of the 8 streets, which was proper for observation, were changed in accordance with the chance of the contemporary urban spatial structure. |
