| 요약1 | 본 연구는 보행환경을 설계하는데 있어 도시, 건축, 조경, 교통부문에서 종합적으로 고려해야 할 설계요인을 검토하고 중요도를 산출하였다. 새로운 패러다임과 탈장르화 시대에 도시의 여러 환경 중 보행환경을 계획하고 설계하는데 있어 직·간접적으로 고려해야 할 설계요인의 가치를 정량화하였으며, 기존의 연구방법론에서 고려하지 못한 설계요인들 간의 상관관계를 반영하였다는 점에서 논문의 의의가 있다. 세부설계요인의 중요도를 살펴보면, 건물측면에서는 건물전면폭, 주출입구와의 연계성, 건물형태가 주요설계요인으로 나타났으며, 건물외부측면에서는 식재, 편의시설, 조명시설이 보행환경설계 시 고려해야 할 설계요인으로 파악되었다. 보행자 도로측면에서는 보행안전시설, 보행량, 보행자도로규격이 높은 순위를 차지하였으며, 자동차도로측면에서는 간접적 요인인 사고기록과 제한속도가 주요설계요인으로 부각되었다. 향후 보행환경 설계요인과 관련하여 토지이용특성의 고려와 전문가설문조사 결과의 신뢰도를 높여 나간다면, 보행환경 설계에 참여하는 각 분야의 전문가들이 참고할 수 있는 정량적, 수치적 근거를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. |
| 요약2 | This study examined design factors that should be comprehensively considered in the fields of urban plan, architecture, landscape architecture and transportation upon designing pedestrian environment and calculated the priority with them. This study has its own significance as followings: (1) it quantifies the values of direct/indirect design factors that should be importantly considered upon planning and designing pedestrian environment at the time of facing a new paradigm and hybrid. (2) it looks over the relationship among design factors that have not been considered in the previous studies. If we consider the land-use characteristics and increase the reliability of survey result on expert regarding pedestrian environment design factors, we could be able to provide standards to specialists involved in the pedestrian environment design. |
