| 요약1 | 본 연구는 수덕사 집단시설지구의 경관 디자인 계획에 관한 연구이다. 문화재 주변의 집단시설지구는 1970~80년대 지역개발로 인식되어 위락적 성격으로 조성되기 시작하였으나, 현재는 시간의 흐름에 따른 지구 노후화가 법적규제, 사유지 문제 등으로 해결되지 않고 있으며, 시대적 변화에 따른 관광욕구 변화와 공원주변의 활발한 개발여건 등의 복합적인 이유로 사업성이 낮아져 조성계획 및 사업이 중단되어 방치되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 집단시설지구의 개선방안 제시를 목적으로 디자인 방법을 제시하였다. 접근 방법은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 집단시설지구 경관의 자연, 공간, 역사·문화, 생활 요소들을 분석한다. 분석을 토대로 지역의 개성이 살아있는 거리 이미지를 만들기 위한 가이드라인을 설정한다. 둘째, 경관개선을 위한 통합이미지 전략을 구성하며 각각의 요소인 sign, street, town, cultural에 토탈 디자인 개념을 적용한다. |
| 요약2 | In this study, the Su Duck Sa collective facilities area has been selected as a case for landscape design planning. Even though the collective facilities area of cultural hertiage has been developed with comfortable character since it was recognized as a local development factor in the 1970~80s, its aging problems have been accumulated along with certain changes in tourism preferences, legal controls, private properties, etc. The purpose of this study is suggest reforming methods through a design plan for the collective facility area. In the part of special landscape management area, it is necessary to introduce landscape impact assessment system to implement a more effective landscape management. |
