| 요약1 | 세계의 도시개발 현황은‘U-City(Ubiquitous City)’및 지속가능한 개발이념과 함께 구체적인 기본계획을 세우고 일부 도시를 대상으로 사업을 추진하고 있다. 그러나 계획 및 적용 앞에는 경제적 측면이 대두되는데 과연, 대대적인 자본투자로 그 이상의 효과를 얻을 수 있는지에 대한 의구심은 불분명하다. 즉, 개발초기단계에 실험적인 진행상황으로 기본적인 U-City의 표준화개발(UDS : U-City Development Standard)이 부족하다. 본 연구는 UDS를 통한 개발이 경제적으로 얼마만큼의 효과를 낼 수 있는가 하는 척도를 알고자 하는 기초 연구를 목적으로 한다. 본 연구 방법은 3단계로 진행되는데 첫째, 환경론을 통해“U-City”개발유형 및 현황을 판별한다. 둘째, U-City 개발관련 국내·외 사례 38개를 선정한다.‘ 개발유형’,‘ 계획기법’을 분류하고, 다양한 물리적 측면의 계획기법을 도출하였으며, 물리적 계획기법과 환경론에서의 연관성을 평가를 통해 도시유형을 5개로 나누어 1차 연관성 평가를 실시하였다. 셋째, 1차 연관성 평가를 통해 U-City 개발을 위한 5가지의 표준유형으로 또 다시 분류하였고,‘ 개발유형’과‘표준유형’간의 모든 분석 데이터를 바탕으로 위에서 언급한 5개 U-City 유형에 따라 재연관성 분석을 하였다. |
| 요약2 | Today, urban development have promoted by new plans, ideologies and technologies of ubiquitous and sustainable development. For the success of ubiquitous and sustainable development, it is essential to consider economic aspects of the new plans, ideologies and technologies before their application. In addition it is still not clear that “big effects” could be made by “big investments” because of the insufficiency in UDS. This research aims to concrete “UDS” by conducting three stage in-depth analysis as follows. Firstly, this research conducts in-depth analysis of u-city development type and state-of-the-art according to the environmental theory. Secondly, 38 u-city development cases of domestic and overseas was analyzed in order to identify development types and physical planning factors towards u-city development. Consequently, five u-city development types were identified. Finally, by analysing the relationships of the proposed five u-city types and the planning factors, this research proposed a new set of five standardized u-city development types towards sustainable development. |
