| 요약1 | 본 연구는 전주시의 중심시가지인 고사동 “걷고싶은거리”를 대상으로 토지이용, 보행특성 등의 현황분석과 업종분포특성, 지가변화추이, 상점주의식조사 등의 상가활성화 정책의 효과를 분석하였으며, 분석 결과를 토대로 다음과 같이 중심시가지 상가활성화를 위한 과제와 개선방안을 제시하였다. 첫째, 블록내부토지의이용효율이낮은것으로분석되었으며, 보행자를유도하여체류시간을연장할수있는기반시설정비및핵심시설의도입이필요하다. 둘째, 가로환경 정비사업이 상가활성화에 긍정적인 영향을 미친 것으로 조사되었으며, 상가활성화 및 중심시가지의 활성화를 위해서는 기반시설 정비의 확대가 필요하다. 셋째, 대상지의 최근 상가활성화 정책의 효과는 대형상가 중심의 일부구간에서만 효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었으며, 면적인 상가활성화를 위해서는 인접상가와의 연계를 통한 활성화 방안의 마련이 필요하다. |
| 요약2 | In this study, an analysis of current status in land use, and the effects of the promotion ofcommercial activity policies such as land price trends studies were conducted in Gosa-dongshopping mall located in Jeonju city center. The results of this research are summed up asfollows. First, it was analyzed that land-use efficiency was low inside of the block, andtherefore alleys need to be upgraded and open spaces should be created in order to attractpedestrians. Secondly, it has been concluded that the improving the street environment ofstreet block have a positive effect in promoting commercial activity compared with the non-improvement block. Therefore more attention should be given to the maintenance offacilities. Thirdly, it is apparent that recent policies on commercial activity promotion areeffective only at certain sections of large-scale shops, and therefore linkages to core facilitiesmust be implemented. |
