| 요약1 | 본 연구는 먼저문헌연구를 통한환경적 지속성을 갖는 도시계획요소와밀도적인 측면에서 순밀도 500인/㏊를 기준으로 하여컴팩트 도시개념을정의하였다. 이러한 컴팩트도시의 계획요소를 중심으로 하여산본신도시의 도시형태 및 거주만족도, 생활패턴 등을문헌연구, 현황조사, 설문조사등을 통하여 살펴보았다. 연구결과, 산본 신도시는 토지이용 측면에서는 컴팩트 도시의 계획요소와 매우 유사한 특징을 보였고, 이 요소에 대한 주민의 만족도는 밀도적인 측면에서는 다소 과밀하여 불만족한 쪽이 우세하였고, 이동거리 최소화 측면에서는 만족도가 높았다. 교통 측면에서는 기존의 자동차 중심의 도로패턴을가지고 있었다. 환경및 에너지측면에서는 외곽 자연환경이 보존됨에 따라 녹지공간에 대한 만족도가 매우 높게나왔다.정주지에 대한 만족도는 밀도보다는 자연환경과 더욱 높은 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 과밀하다는 불만족을 적절히 해소 할 수 있다면 컴팩트 도시가 지속가능한 도시로서의 한 대안으로서 미래세대를 위한 자원을 절약하면서도 현세대의 주거욕구도 충족될 수 있는 대안이 될 수 있다는 것을 확인했다. |
| 요약2 | The purpose of this paper is to evaluate Sanbon new town as compact city. The paper also aims to explore the characteristics of compact city affecting sustainable urban form. In order to achieve the aims of this study, first priority was given to set up systematic framework of environmental sustainability indicators. Based on the framework, the assessment indicators were established. Secondly, With the indicators was analyzed urban form of Sanbon new town as compact city. thirdly, to investigate the environmental satisfaction and life style of residents of Sanbon new town, this paper used random sampling methods, which is mainly based on questionaires. This paper shows that Sanbon new town has land use pattern of compact city and residents are satisfied with their nature environment in spite of high-density habitat. The results show that compact city can be a model of sustainable urban form |
