| 요약1 | 본 연구의 목적은 20세기 말 이후 현재까지 도시설계 이론가들이 시도한 커뮤니티 설계의 문제해결 노력들을 주제별로 고찰하고 우리 도시에 바람직한 주거단지와 네이버후드 설계를 위한 문제의식과 개선방향을 토론하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 커뮤니티 설계방법을 네이버후드 설계의 이론과 논쟁들을 중심으로 (1) 커뮤니티의 물리적인 규모와 네이버후드의 유닛, (2) 기능적인구조의변화와블록내동선의활용, (3) 커뮤니티의재료와외형, (4) 네이버후드의 사회성과 프로그램밍의 네 가지의 커뮤니티 주제 흐름과 특성으로 분류한다. 본 고찰을 통해 현재 초고층화와 고밀도 지하개발의 특성을 갖는 우리도시의 커뮤니티 개발이 주목해야 할 문제점과 방향성은 (1) 크기와 거주밀도에 대한 개발기준의 다양성, (2) 주거단지의 사회적구성과 기능 및 용도의 프로그래밍, (3) 초고층화와 고밀도 지하공간 프로그래밍의 수직적 네이버후드 유닛의 구상, (4) 선계획 후 이를실현화하는 도구로서 규제이다. |
| 요약2 | This study aims to explore the modern city design tradition of problem-solving efforts in planned community-making, and to discuss a set of derived lessons for improving the neighborhood design practiced in Korea. To do so, the study suggests to understand a set of community design principles: (1) physical scale of centralized neighborhood units; (2) functional layout of open space and service alley; (3) look and materials of community building; (4) social programming on centralized and decentralized block structure. This study concludes with problem identification and suggestions for emerging community development practice: (1) development scale and intensity guided by household density; (2) use programming based upon a matrix of surrounding function and resident profile; (3) vertical neighborhood unit responding to high-rise residential structure with highly-densed underground use; (4) plan-making first followed by zoning ordinance to realize the plan. |
