In terms of modern city space, necessity for the differentiated value making in complex space development and a quality growth management due to rapid changes in paradigm have become an important issue. In order to react to the paradigm changes and demands, this study aimed at evoking two necessities: the more efficiently specialized and newly developed method and creative contents making for a successful development. Accordingly, besides PM application, through the case studies of successful complex space development and questionnaire and statistics analysis, this study aims at improving the issues of indoor/outdoor space development and proposing a validity of CPM application for a PM development method that has consistent integration management and creative contents making at the planning stage, the stage which helps the project to be successful through thought changes. |
