| 요약1 | This research investigates the effects of different light sources on interior spatial image by evaluating psychological/emotional responses of space users in relation to different lighting conditions. The specific research objectives are: 1) to investigate the effects of different light sources on spatial image formation by evaluating the relation between physical conditions of lighting and user responses; 2) to analyze the most representative image dimensions to describe spatial images in a more comprehensive way and to identify effective light sources in each dimension. The major methods taken for this study were literature studies, field study and surveys. The findings of the research have ascertained that the different lighting sources affect differently on psychological/emotional responses to spatial images. Therefore it is critical for a person charged with the task of specifying indoor lighting should carefully consider the different impacts of light source(s) before deciding on an applicable design system. |
