| 요약2 | The purpose of the study was to identify management characteristics for nursing home of continuous care retirement community (CCRC). The data for the analysis was collected through interview method from January 17 to February 22, 2019, and the sample consisted of 7 respondents working in the nursing home linked to a welfare house for the aged in Korea. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Most of facilities performed well in the aspect of organizational management and human resources management, whereas many of facilities performed the lower level in the aspect of utilizing community resources, financing management and environmental·facility management, |
