Wards in hospitals is a very important facility as Comprehensive Nursing Care Service is implemented. By providing care-free wards, patients and carers can be provided with more comfortable and reliable care. With the introduction of the service since 2013, it has been running at hospitals in each region, but the situation is very poor as it is being conducted at existing ward facilities. The purpose of the project is to provide nurses with a space to work more efficiently by conducting research on the functions and characteristics of wards in Comprehensive Nursing Care Service. The basic data on wards will include analyzing the problems and considerations of the wards outside of the country to understand the basic concept of wards and to present improvement measures, and reviewing the systems applied in each country. The proposed Comprehensive Nursing Care Service wards includes the area of the nurse station, distance to the bed, corridor type, which is proposed through this study, and needs to be designed for efficient work. Wards in the hospital should not simply be a space to provide nursing services, but a space to increase the efficiency and work satisfaction of nurses. |
