요약2 This paper aims to propose an approach to implementing BIM-based automated layout system for ceiling light object. Lighting environment is one of the most important factors in constructing the indoor environment. Appropriate lighting plans enable occupants to perform their actions efficiently and safely. Since existing lighting design process have been depended on 2D CAD drawing and manual process, creation and modification of lighting plan tends to be time-consuming and error-prone. BIM can alleviate those problems with generating and managing information related to building objects in a BIM model. In this regards, this paper suggests the approach to the automated layout system of ceiling light objects in a indoor space. The suggested approach is composed with following 3 steps. 1) deriviation of properties from BIM objects and their associated properties, 2) calculation of illuminance and the number of ceiling lighting fixture according to inputted values and 3) suggestion of automatically generated alternative, reports on result value of generated alternative. In this paper, we implement suggested system as a BIM plug-in form and briefly demonstrate the implementation.
