요약2 Changes in residential culture are changing newly based on the shared economy which is a new trend of the era of the fourth industrial revolution today. Reduce financial burden by sharing security deposit, rent, management fee at one house Rental with necessary options and amenities, including share house that separately uses shared space and private space such as kitchen, bathroom etc Amid the development of the office that is doing, changes in the concept of houses are not limited to the exterior size, and we have put weight on the facilities, the environment, the culture, the service etc. that will meet the needs of the users . Such needs are the residence which restricted the restriction of the space of the hotel in a complex space which is intensively composed all together, such as culture, work, housing, socialization, etc. in order to satisfy better service to improve the standard of living It was extended to the hotel. The residence hotel also has a prominence in the development of variants and new residential environments and needs a better marketing strategy than other hotels to secure fixed customers. This should not only provide a comfortable home for long-term guests who use the hotel, but should be emphasized in the public space where mutual communication is carried out and it is possible to satisfy the life of the individual. In this research, by applying the Residence Hotel Service Scape for the physical environment, we design service spaces in physical and social environments where services are carried out with intangible, It is judged that research etc must be done.
