요약2 This paper describes a process model for facade design, which methodology designed to encourage interest and motivation passion for digital design, explains the effect of the method which employs both analog and digital media. The process contains three stages which can be integrated for creating a folding facade design in terms of sectional perspective: tessellation in pattern derivative process (first stage), Folding (second stage), and three-dimensional facade design (final stage). In order to evaluate the benefit of the proposed process model, the study carried out the analysis of design output and conducted the survey to investigate of feedback. The contribution of this methodology is summarized as follows. First, this study focuses on the possibility of design based on evidence for a more systematic approach in developing the design process. Second, the process model provides a starting point to facilitate the design approach and systematically access and improve the design inside the process.
