| 요약2 | Recently, the poverty of youth housing has been increasing, and accordingly, the share house, which is a form of housing that reduces the burden of deposit and loneliness, is rapidly increasing for young people who are not economically affordable. The shared house space can be divided into a private space and a shared space. The shared space is a place where various activities and social exchanges take place and play an important role in the satisfaction of residents. In this paper, some cases of Japan are analyzed because in Japan the share house appeared far ahead of our country and there are many advanced community houses. The purpose of this study is to analyze the shared space characteristics of Japanese share houses and to provide information for the development of a shared space model that adapts to various lifestyles of youth in the future. |
