요약2 As the development of IT technology brought a new paradigm in financial environment, various ways of financial transaction for consumers have appeared. This expended spending activity areas and brought freedom and flexibility in financial transaction regardless of the time and place. Accordingly, physical space will be needed which can be provided information of high quality financial services for consumers’ desire and wide-ranging consume activity. However, the bank business place, the offline, is on trend toward reduction or disappearance because of using mobile and smart banking. Bank business place as a financial institution is important space to secure new customers, sell products to existing customers and maintain financial service. It wants to be changed as a complex space of consumer centered financial and culture. For this, the researcher uncovered the needs of consumers, identified the type of bank business place and classified facilities and spatial form accordingly. In addition, we want to identify the spatial composition factor for spatial planning with case study. The researcher, through this, has significance to the research for transforming to be a complex space which provides various programs for consumers based on change in financial environment.
