| 요약2 | This study aims to develop the planning guide for temporary shelter considering disaster victims’ habitability through the document research and in-depth interview regarding the problems and needs of the temporary shelters according to the disaster victims’ and experts’ experience in the field. The results of the this study, First literature review, it is necessary to consider safe location from disasters and social disasters, privacy of disaster victims, and vulnerable people such as disabled, the aged, children. Second results of the victims’ in-depth interview, it is necessary to consider of the trespassing of outsiders on the shelter and the noise generation after the drinking. Third results of the experts’ in-depth interview, it is necessary to consider of the proximity to the medical facilities, and the separate space for disadvantaged people such as the discomfort and the psychologically depressed elderly people. Based on the results of the three-step study, 46 planning guide for temporary shelter were derived. Of these, 13 "important" guide apply priority to disaster scene, and 33 guidelines are already available in public facilities such as schools and gyms, it is considered to be used as a checklist prior to the use of the facility. |
