| 요약2 | Recently, with the concentration of universities in Seoul and the metropolitan area, problems such as rising rents around universities and lack of supply of university dormitories are emerging. However, the dormitory construction is opposed by local residents including the one-room lease operators on the grounds of their right to survival, right to have sunlight, drinking and noise, and sex offenses. As a result, social costs are being wasted due to emotional conflicts and lawsuits between residents and universities making new dormitory as well as residents and university students who have difficulty in paying for tuition and making living. Through the community facilities in the university dormitory where the core facilities of the local area are available, it is possible to provide a space where artistic works can be shown, a space where education, welfare and culture needs can be met in one place. Thus, this study suggests ways to reduce the negative opinions of residents on the dormitory construction. Therefore, this study aims to solve community conflicts by providing local residents with community spaces such as green spaces and resting spaces of university dormitory facilities. It is expected that positive synergy will be generated by exchanges and communication between local residents and college students by forming a new university culture through the linkage between the university and the local community. |
