| 요약2 | The work environment changes along with social, technological, and cognitive transition. In recent years, social changes such as paradigm shift caused by the 4th industrial revolution influences production and utilization of information. Technological innovation such as mobile network and cloud computing diversifies work format and work space. Cognitive changes such as emergence of new lifestyle also affects the work environment. This paper focuses on 1) deriving the elements of the shifting work environment, 2) investigating the degree of importance perceived by white-collar workers and 3) figuring out their satisfaction with the current work environment. Centered around the interaction and technology utilization in business activities, we classify work types. Then, we identify the improvement points of work environment for each type using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). This paper aims to provide the data that can be used to plan the future work space. |
