| 요약2 | Majority of companies endeavor for workplace innovation. The innovation does not happen when someone propels for it by oneself, nor does not happen when many people plan and discuss for it. The innovation come out through high connectivity between co-workers. Therefore, the matter of primary concern of global innovative-companies when designing office building is to maximize collaboration through shared spaces in the office. As shown here, the shared space has been changed as a more important element than the desks in the office. The shared space is an another innovative space that companies desire; it is also a space for new opportunities. The research studied characteristics on the shared space in the office. |
