| 요약2 | The social change of the technological development of the information technology has changed the office environment and accordingly the government and the corporations are paying attention to the smart work and office that tasks can be performed based on the mobile equipment. Accordingly, this study has proceeded the research on smart office plan utilizing the recycling architecture space. The case surveys for this study included Samsung Electronics DSR center and MR1-dong, Banwol-dong, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi province for analysis. Next is land analysis. Two dongs remained have been utilized among the three dongs of the brick factory buildings located in #19, 6th street of Munrae-dong, Yeongdengpo-gu, Seoul and the method of maintaining partially the exterior shape and combining it with surrounding and linking and constructing method was used among the recycling architecture methods and the basic frame of the architecture was formed. The plans are being made that efficient adjustable seat system to the space for elastic working system and vitalization of the communication, characteristics of the smart office and the rest space shall be enlarged to induce conversation with the staff and make space to create new idea. |
