| 요약2 | Development of Cultural Art represents competitiveness of a country in modern society. After the industrialization and Urbanization, major advanced countries have been implementing various schemes for the development of Cultural Art to satisfy desire for the improvement of the quality of life from people who lived in deindustrialization times. For instance, New York, London, Paris and Yokohama recreated themselves’ cities through those effort. South Korea has also been implementing supporting policy for the development of Korean Cultural Art since 1990s beginning in 1970s with the establishment of ‘Korean Culture and Arts Foundation’ . As a result, after 2000s, chances to enjoy culture and art for urban residents have increased and it has also affected profit creation of other industries such as tourism and trade. The development of Cultural Art is still growing steadily. However, cultural artist survey that was carried out by a public institution shows us that current situation of domestic cultural art is poor which was because of the low social assessment and shortage of creative opportunity. Performing art area is the poorest one of those. To solve this problem, we should make a field of opportunity where people and art can communicate. |
