| 요약2 | Recently, the number of female single-person households residing in Seoul has been rapidly increasing and females' feeling of insecurity related to crimes has been also increasing accordingly. Therefore, the necessary of introduction of 'Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design(CPTED)' has been increasing. In this respect, a CPTED check list was constructed through a considering of domestic CPTED guidelines and a present situation survey and a questionnaire survey were conducted on female single-person households residing in the study target region based on the check list. The results of the study indicated that 'natural monitoring', 'access control', and 'territoriality reinforcement' are necessary for female single-person households' residential environments and that 'access control' is particularly needed urgently. |
