Environment including these elements provide users with psychological satisfaction and emotional stability. Second, when designing a healing environment, light is defined as natural lighting, artificial lighting, and multi-composition of the two. Water is defined as pond, waterway, cascade, fountain, and water-wall. Plants include trees, flowers, and multi-composition of the two. Third, according to the field-study, natural lighting and artificial lighting are used frequently, mainly applied in atriums and open spaces. Water is applied as diverse patterns in diverse places. And in case of plants, small-sized flower planting in pedestrian road and open space was the most common. Fourth, to create a healing environment in U.E.C, it is necessary to actively apply natural elements to the interior public space of the U.E.C. |
