The purpose of this study is to make detailed designs for their villige community center. This article researched into elderly welfare facilities, public health facilirties and social welfare centers, However, a community apace in current the villige community center is planned uniformly without consideration of user' diversity and physical aid environment for aged people, children and the handicapped is in limited supply. This study was carried out by the field observation using a checking sheet with measuring and taking photograph. The subjects were 25 villige community center whicg gave positive responses for walking through their facilities. The items for observing and measuring were made based on the regulation on improving the facilities for the disabled, the elderly, and the pregnant. Whether eacj item fits the regulation or not was examined The 7 areas in each villige community center were examined : entrance, hall and kichen, LDK, room, bathroom, stair/slope. parking area. It was founded that many accessible-related items were met. However, many supportive-related items such as ones for the visual disabled, and many supportive-related and accessible-related ones for enterance, bathroom, stair/slope, parking area were unmet. |
