This study intends to provide an elementary resource sample for spatial plan considering teenagers in the future and promote systematic establishment and vitalization of theory by studying the correlation between adolescence characteristics and spatial characteristics of special classroom. The scope of special classroom that is the subject of the study shall be based on the practical cases of inside the Wee-class for teenagers constructed in school facilities. As precedent study considerations, the generation characteristics of adolescence was understood, and the spatial characteristics of Wee-class was understood as a special classroom. The result of research and analysis of the correlation based on the analysis according to cases and the characteristics considered through precedent studies can be defined in the several items as follows. First, the social/cultural characteristics of adolescence demands the necessity of installation of the space with the purpose from the side of cognition, sensibility, and behavior, and that space has the property of finality in the context that it performs that purpose. Second, the behavioral property of adolescence speaks through space, wants to overcome the sociality, and interconnects on par with the space. Third, the physical space of adolescence becomes the mental space of one's own according to the generation characteristics, and forms the correlation of resolving through the medium of physical space. This study analyzes the correlation between the characteristics through spatial analysis to prepare the foundation, and has an important significant from the side of social environment that physically helps the social/mental stability and growth environment of teenagers. |
