Public rental housing is composed of common lot-solid apartment complex and the large scale of housing complex in a separate way. As well as that being supplied physical socially estrange and social conflict between residents have be produced. To solve the discord with such social exclusion, necessity of social-mix is brought. Social integration and estate planning for community activation have been started. The foremost domestic instance is Seoul Eunpyeong New Town. Therefore, this study examines that according to the dwelling characteristics of residents how do the social-mix apartment recognition changed. And also try to analogize about social integration and possibility of social-mix apartment. For this it is suggested that to grasp plan element about physical existing circumstances and social integration. Based on that, began the survey. Consequentially, recognition of social-mix housing is improved after residence in Eunpyeung New Town and responded positively to mixing characteristic. However, lot-solid housing residents have negative reaction to mixing characteristic of Eunpyeung New Town. Therefore, to achieve the social integration in social-mix apartment complex, now is the time to change the way lot-solid housing residents' perception to social-mix housing and political business. Furthermore, we need to study on main factor of social integration in Eunpyeung New Town. |
