The aim of this study is to estimate an interior environmental affordance of the senior center to senior in terms of physical, mental, social side, to research user's satisfaction about the senior center and to make a comparative analysis so that it may show preliminary data for new construction, extension, and remodeling plan. In studying method, it was carried out documentary record, a drawing inspects, observation and questionnaires over the five senior center facilities and users of them in Gwangju City. The environmental interior was estimated with environmental affordance check list of the senior center. Total 248 questionnaires were used to analyze it. The research revealed that the higher rank about the space of an interior environmental affordance, the higher satisfaction of users and that the higher rank about the discomfortable and requirable facilities, the lower satisfaction of users. |
