| 요약2 | The new housing supply was not necessary from the result of a large housing supply in 1980's; but, the old condominium housing requiring the quality improvement is increasing. The purpose of this study is to review the construction plan of remodeling condominium housing and understand the resident's satisfaction about the remodeling condominium housing through the POE for the resident. The research method was as follow: review of literature and relative regulations conducted to extract the items for resident's satisfaction. According to the results, the residents' satisfactions are as follows: 1)residential unit is required to provide a pleasant environment for residents reducing the layer noise. 2)residential building should be considered to increase the facilities for the olders to reduce the inconvenience through entrance and exit. 3)residential complex is needed to provide the space which will be possible to communicate with residents. |
