The Apartment industry paradigm has been changed. Since the IMF, Designed Apartment products without differentiation were not sold. Construct design process could not reflected design differentiation efficiently. Therefore This study suggest efficient design process for specialized design of apartment. The results of the study are presented that : 1. project go on smoothly. (Coopreation between departments, quick decisions, share information) 2. Integrated concept. (Interior, Exterior, Landscape architecture design) 3. Enabling the Design differentiation. (Despite of short term) |
