| 요약2 | The shortage of storage space in the apartment housing has been chronic problem in the Korean housing history. So far many studies on the storage space focused on the enlargement of indoor storage space but these studies could not be a complete solution. To solve problem, this study analyzed the case which installed exterior storage space and the regulations. The followings are several findings. The exterior storage space should be a essential element in the apartment planning and should be included as a community facility. The standards on the size, safety, facility, and management of storage space should be enacted. |
