| 요약1 | 우리나라 편부모 가구수는 2000년 현재 112만 가구로 전체 가구수의 9.4%를 차지한다.1) 이는 1990년 89만가구, 1995년 95만가구에 비해 급속히 증가한 수치다. 이혼율의 증가로 인하여 편부모 가정이 급속히 늘어나고 있으며 이들 가정 중 저소득층 가정의 주거문제는 사회적 차원의 문제로 부각되고 있다. 특히 편부모 가정이 된 초기에는 경제적, 정신적으로 많은 어려움을 겪게 되므로 복지적 차원의 지원시설이 필요하다고 여겨진다. 그럼에도 불구하고 이들을 수용할 수 있는 시설은 전국적으로 모자보호시설 40여 곳에 불과하다. 또한 사회복지 선진국에 다수 존재하는 자립지원형 공동주거시설은 국내에 전례가 없다. 따라서 본 연구는 편부모 가정 중 80%이상을 차지하는 모자가정의 자립을 위하여 2～3년간 주거공간을 지원하는 공동주거시설 모형 개발을 최종 목표로 하고자 한다. 그 중 이번 연구는 모형 개발을 위한 기초 연구로서 향후 공동주거시설 개발의 실질적 근거를 마련하고자 한다. |
| 요약2 | In according to the rising rate of divorce, single parent family has increased rapidly. And the number of single mother families is up to 80% of total single parent families. Especially the residential problem of low-income single mother families has been issue in social scope. But now facilities to accept these families are too short in Korea. Therefore this study aims for basic analysis of short-term residential facilities for single mother family. The survey of written documents and investigation of existing facilities are used by the method of study. In addition relief and rehabilitation facilities for mother and child in Seoul is analyzed by domestic example because of similarity to the model of this study. |
