| 요약1 | 획일화된 평면과 아파트의 시스템에 지난 시대 30여년간 길들여져온 소비자들이 새로운 형태의 평면과 시스템의 아파트를 접해보기 위해서는 직접 모델하우스를 방문해보지 않 고는 그 다양성을 예측하기 어려울 것이다. 따라서 아파트 모델하우스는 소비자의 입장에서는 새로운 형태의 주택형태를 체험하는데 있어서, 또한 공급자의 입장에서는 소비자의 반응을 예측하여 사업성을 높일 수 있다는 의미에서 주택시장을 움직이는 하나의 큰 축이라 할 수 있다. 즉, 현시대의 모델하우스를 살펴보는 것은 이 시대 주택문화가 어느만큼 와 있으며 앞으로 어느 방향으로 전개될 것인지를 예측할 수 있는 좋은 연구가 될 수 있다고 생각한다. 따라서 본 연구는 소비자의 시각에서 최근 브랜드 아파트의 모델하우스 현장분석을 통해 현 주택시장의 트렌드를 파악해보고자 한다. |
| 요약2 | The focus of this study was on spatial and interior characterization of recently developed and marketed apartments. The house showrooms in the Seoul Metropolitan Areas that have recently been open were selected and analyzed. The floor plans and relevant materials via website for each showroom provided by major housing development companies were examined, and site visits were made. The finding of this study indicated that high-tech systems were applied to heighten security and safety. It was revealed that various exterior design features were adopted and emphasized, so they affected spatial composition and utilization. Another finding was the use of environmentally friendly materials and features as indoor air quality became an emerging concern. Additionally, it was noticed that features in relation to open housing and interior finishes became more customized to meet different needs of consumers. Therefore, the characteristics of recent house showrooms were summarized into high-tech, environmental friendliness, and customization. |
