요약1	본 연구에서는 한정된 토지에 많은 인구를 수용해야 하는 우리나라에서 보편적 주거유형으로 자리하게 된 아파트를 중심으로, 현재 주거공간이 지원하는 계획요소들에 대한 거주자의 인식과 태도를 파악하고자 한다. 본 연구의 구체적인 목적은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 현재 제공되고 있는 아파트 단위주거 계획요소에 대해, 평형에 관계없이 공통적으로 중요하게 고려하는 요소와, 희망 평형별 고려하는 요소를 각각 파악한다. 둘째, 파악된 중요 계획요소 항목들을 거주자들이 주거의 어떤 기능적 맥락에서 인식하는지 평형별로 살펴본다. 이를 통해, 평형별로 나타난 아파트의 계획요소를 파악하고, 주택이 지원하는 계획요소에 대한 거주자의 인식과 태도를 분석함으로써 평형별 주거의 지원성 문제의 현시점을 짚어보는데 도움이 될 것이다.
요약2	The study focused on residents' preference for planning components according to preferred size of high-rise condominiums. After being examined not only a brief chronological review of spatial composition and planning components in high-rise condominiums but also residents' attitudes toward and preference for current planning components, this research developed a wide range of planning components included in the questionnaire. The main survey was designed to find out the needs of residents for planning components in relation to high-rise condominiums. Descriptive and factor analysis were utilized to find out the residents' different preference for planning components. The findings of this study showed that residents were very aware of healthy housing, environmental friendly housing and digitally equipped housing, and their preference was different according to preferred size of condominium housing. In other words, residents preferring condominium housing with 99m2 or smaller considered features of safety and healthy housing as important, those with between 102.3m2 to 115.5m2 recognized experiential space, and those with 118.8m2 or larger regarded features of housing management and storage as important. It is suggested that the needs and wants of residents for housing have been various to be customized.
