| 요약1 | 건축을 인간이 만든 정보 전달의 수단, 그리고 무형적 이해와 미적인 느낌 안에 실재하는 것을 표현하는 수단이라고 보았을 때, 커뮤니케이션 할 실질적 내용을 잘 전달하기 위해서는 주의 깊게 과거의 형태를 근거로 하여 새로운 형태와의 적용을 생각해야 한다. 그리고 그 시각화 방법을 알아내어 인간에게 심리적 만족을 주기 위해서는 어떻게 건축을 지각하고 인지하는지를 알아볼 필요가 있다.1) 본 연구의 목적은 특히 근대 이후 끊임없이 제기되는 `한국성`에 대한 의문과 한국성의 건축적인 의미전달에 있어서, 한국 사람들의 일상적인 삶이 그대로 녹아 들어있는 주거 건축을 대상으로 그 물리적 환경이 지니는 의미와 전달체계를 밝히고자 하는 것이다. 또한 주거공간의 해석에 있어 기호론을 적용함으로써 `주택`을 하나의 총체적인 틀 내지는 구조로 보고 이 구조를 이루는 하위 구조인 구성인자를 추출, 그들이 지니는 의미 및 상호간의 관계를 알아보고자 한다. |
| 요약2 | AbstractThe purpose of this study is to analyze the elements forming traditional houses and to find meaning of them by searching relationships among the elements and paradigms which had been used in making living spaces in that era. For analyzing traditional living spaces, traditional houses in the Namsan valley are sellected and whice have been examined with the Pierce`s semiotic theory. Through the semiotic analysis of spaces, the meaning of constituents forming spaces can be observed in the systematic as well as comprehensive points of view, and the paradigms that consists of the era can be redefined flexibly and this flexible concepts enables people to see their environment including human being broad and enriched. |
