| 요약1 | 현대의 디자인에서의 각국의 전통 문화적 특성을 반영한 사례를 비교 분석하기 위해서는 각 나라를 방문하여 현대 디자인 사례를 직접 조사하는 것이 바람직하겠지만 각 나라의 문화적 특성이 실내 디자인에 상대적으로 충분히 반영되었으리라 여겨지는 공간일 경우 그에 못지 않은 가치가 있다. 이 중 국제적인 교류의 장인 특급 호텔의 경우 다양한 국가의 문화적 특성이 비교적 세련되게 반영되는 사례로서 줗은 연구의 대상이 된다. 또한 공간을 이해하는 기본은 궁궐이나 주거 공간이 되겠지만 보다 다양한 범위에서 연구가 진행된다면 실내 디자인 발전에 도움이 될 것으로 보이며, 특히 식음 공간은 음식이라는 문화적 양상이 식사하는 공간적 맥락과 깊은 관계에 있기 때문에 해당 국가의 전통 문화를 적극적으로 반영할 필요가 있으며, 또 그런 방식으로 디자인되어 왔다는 점이 부각되었다. 그러므로, 본 연구는 국내의 국제적 수준 특급 호텔에 소속되어 있는 한중일 식음 공간을 사례로 하여 그 디자인 특성을 비교하고자 한다. |
| 요약2 | Abstract Nowadays `culture` is an important topic of conversation and rigorous researches have been done about the cultures of our neighboring countries such as China and Japan. It is expected that studies concerning applications of each traditional culture in modern design will be made rigorously in the near future. In this context, this study chose five-star hotel restaurants located in Korea and investigated how the Korean, Chinese and Japanese cultures are incorporated into their modern interior design. The data were classified by space and design elements. The results show that colorful Korean identity(or Koreanity) was applied in Korean restaurants rather than the simplicity and naturalness of traditional space. As for Chinese restaurants, a large scale of space which Chinese traditional space reveals was not adopted because of their location too, but brilliant patterns and colors were used consistently. The typical Japanese style of simple lines, colors and materials were reflected in Japanese restaurants. |
