| 요약1 | 19세기에서 20세기까지 번창했던 산업사회는 20세기 후반부터 정보사회로 변화해 가고 있으며, 산업혁명과 더불어 시작된 산업사회가 기술혁신과 함께 그 변화의 속도가 현저히 빨라진 것처럼 사회적 변화에 영향을 받는 오피스 환경 역시 더불어 변하고 있다. 그러한 사회적 변화는 업무 공간 내의 구성원간의 조직구조와 업무과정의 변화, 사용하는 기기와 오피스 기술의 발달을 불러왔다. 따라서 사회가 근대사회에서 정보화 사회로 변화함에 따라 오피스 내의 업무 조직도 혁신적인 방향으로 변화하며, 이러한 이유로 정보화 사회의 오피스 공간도 그에 맞게 변화해야 한다.이 연구의 목적은 근대 이후의 사회적 변화를 이해하고, 그 에 따른 사회조직의 변화와 업무조직의 변천과정을 살펴본 후에 조직의 변화에 따른 오피스 공간의 변화에 대해 알아 보고 미래 사회의 변화에 적응하고 조직의 효율성과 유효성을 높일 수 있는 업무 조직과 그에 맞는 오피스 공간을 제안하는데 있다. |
| 요약2 | AbstractThis study aimed to understand changing of work organization on variation of social organization and research typological classification of office layout based on preceded understanding. Buildings result from social needs and accommodate a variety of functions-economic, social, political, religious and cultural. Therefore, We can explain historical development of the constructing a building we understand the society and studying. After The modern age, it select a three buildings that there is an historical value of office Layouts planning and comprehend that make use sampling type of office work structure, studies a felicitous Typological classification of office Layouts. They find the development direction of a hereafter office of the task organization out according to it, And we suggest to Typological classification of Office Layouts based on Organization Theories. |
