| 요약1 | 우리나라의 아파트는 경제적인 급성장 및 인구의 도시집중에 따른 도시 주택의 양적 부족 문제를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 도입되었다. 아파트는 고밀도 주거형식으로 택지가 부족한 우리나라의 형편에 적합한 주택유형일 뿐 아니라, 중앙집중식 난방과 화장실, 주방 등 설비의 고급화는 주거생활 향상에 많은 기여를 하였다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 단독주택과는 달리 공동주택으로서의 경제성과 효율성에 치중함으로써 아파트 계획방식의 획일성에 대한 비판이 끊이지 않고 있다.한편, 경제성장과 생활수준 향상, 그리고 산업화?도시화 경향은 가족구조에 변화를 가져오고 새롭고 다양한 주요구(住要求)를 창출함으로써, 다양한 거주자 특성 및 요구에 대응하는 아파트 평면유형의 개발이 절실히 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 특히, 거실, 주방, 식사공간을 포함하는 공적공간은 가족의 상호작용 및 손님의 접대 등 복합적인 행위가 이루어지는 곳으로 주요구(住要求)가 더욱 다양하게 표현되어지는 곳이다.본 연구에서는 공적공간에 대한 거주자 요구를 구체적으로 파악하여 경제성?효율성 위주의 아파트 공급방식에 의해 단순 하고 획일화된 아파트의 공적공간 구성방식의 다양화 방안을 마련하고자 하였다. |
| 요약2 | AbstractThe purpose of this study was identifying the user needs for the planning of public space in apartment dwelling units. 298 apartment residents in Haeundae, Pusan responded to the structural questionnaire, which included the residents` satisfaction for the location and size of the living room, the kitchen and the dining room, the space usage of the living room and the dining room, and preferred layout of the public space. The main findings are as follows. 1) The important household characteristics to consider are identified as family life cycle and the number of family members. 2) The levels of residents` satisfaction were differed by the household characteristics and the types of apartment. 3) Activities related to recreation, entertainment, and family meals in living room and formal and informal entertainments in the dining room were occurred in different way as to the household characteristics and the types of apartment. 4) The younger families in the smaller sized apartments had more diverse preference to the layout of the public space. |
