| 요약1 | 한국은 2025년에는 전체 인구 중 65세 이상 인구가 14%에 이르는 고령사회(aged society)가 될 전망이다. 이러한 고령사회가 되면 가장 크게 발생하는 문제가 만성노인질환에 대한 사회적 서비스의 지원이라 할 수 있다. 노인의 만성질환 중 노인성 치매는 노인뿐만 아니라 그 가족에게도 많은 영향을 미치게 된다. 따라서 치매노인을 위한 전문적인 시설이 점차 요구되어 지고 있다. 이러한 시대적 요구에 부응하기 위해서 최근에 정부는 치매노인전문병원을 시도에 1개소 이상건립을 목표로 96년 이후 계속적으로 추진해 오고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 치매노인전문병원(요양시설)이 갖는 의미와 특징을 살펴보고 국내외에서 운영중인 시설의 답사를 통해 향후 시설을 계획할 때 기본 자료로 활용하고자 한다. 특히 환자가 입원시(입소시) 상당수의 시간을 보내는 병동부는 그 의미가 다른 어느 부분보다 클 것으로 판단되어 병동부의 실내계획에 본 연구의 중점을 둔다. |
| 요약2 | "Facing the aging society in Korea, the necessity of the facility for dementia patients is gradually increasing. This study is to understand the dementia and also to provide the basic planning guideline in designing of the interior architecture of dementia ward. In designing dementia wards, following elements such as the behavior characteristic of dementia patients, living environment, individuality and community should be considered. The sauntering road of patients, patients' privacy, rest room, bathroom in ward designing for dementia patients should be understood. Material, color, lighting and furniture and so on as an interior composition are also major elements. " |
