요약2 This study is a basic study to prevent the decline of local commercial districts and communities due to the uniform residential and architectural environment, and to revitalize local commercial districts with the characteristics of each region. The purpose is to understand the current status of the composition of the local street food and beverage business by year, and to check the change in the spatial composition and the change between the floating population. The analysis industry of the research target site was selected using Instagram's social big data. The QGIS program was used to check the composition status of the industry over time, and the change in commercial street by year was confirmed through the road view. Using the floating population data, changes in the population by age were also confirmed along with changes in the commercial district. As a result of social big data analysis, it was confirmed that keywords related to food and beverage commercial districts appeared dominantly in the region. Among the food industries, the Korean, cafe, and aquaculture industries showed a significant increase. It was confirmed that the expansion of the commercial district occurs locally. It has been confirmed that various appearances are borrowed to represent the characteristics of each store. The influx of young people increased, and the outflow of middle-aged people was confirmed. This has a positive relationship with the growth rate of the industry. Small business owners and prospective start-ups can understand the paradigm of the formation and expansion of local commercial districts through social data presented in this paper and changes in the number of stores in each industry and can be used in strategic store operation plans.
