In most of lighting research is focused on methods for securing efficiency of lighting system and brightness of light. Therefore, this study analyzed from time, human, and space to solve the problem of public lighting system which directly helps the daily life of local residents. And pointed out the quantitative shortage of light, the securing of sight for flowing line at night, the unpleasant glare and the problem of light pollution. Most importantly, we can identify the local lighting problem that be said simply uncomfortable due to darkness and security reasons. Because local resident can not able to identify the problem correctly. In terms of space, street lighting was installed, but the quantitative imbalance was heavy in each section. In addition, the accessibility of the space is reduced because the vertical elements of light are not secured. There are also the public and private areas of the lighting and particularly the commercial space, it is a problem that unnecessary public lighting are invaded. This research has important meaning as a basic research to open a methodology to solve the qualitative problems of light required in everyday public lighting. |
