| 요약1 | 디자인은 본질적으로 미나 심미성과 불가분의 관계이다. 그러나 공간이나 환경의 심미적 가치에 영향을 주는 미적 변수들을 명확하게 설명하기란 쉽지 않다. 그래서 본 연구는 공간디자인에 대한 지각적-인지적 판단과 감정적 판단에 따른 미적 변수들의 상호관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 조사 연구 결과, 공간디자인에 대한 선호는 감정적 차원 변수인 ‘기분 좋은’, ‘편안한’의 감정 반응이 높을 때, 그리고 ‘긴장되는’의 감정 반응이 낮을 때 높게 나타났다. 그리고 지각적 차원 변수 중에서 통일, 질서, 명확성 등이 높은 공간 사례와 대비, 복잡성이 낮은 공간 사례에서 높은 선호도를 보였다. 또한 카플란의 선호도 예측변수 중 하나인 복잡성은 공간 선호도와 반비례 관계를 갖는다. 그래서 복잡성이 높은 공간은 ‘호기심 있는’, ‘긴장되는’의 감정 반응이 높았고, ‘기분 좋은’, ‘편안한’의 감정 반응은 상대적으로 낮게 나타났다. 부가적으로, 복잡성 개념을 다양한 구성요소, 시각적 풍부, 불명료성, 장식 등으로 보았을 때 이 중 복잡성에 가장 많은 영향을 주는 요인은 다양한 구성요소임을 확인할 수 있었다. |
| 요약2 | Design is inseparably related to aesthetics. In spite of that, it is difficult to explain precisely aesthetic variables to effect on aesthetic value of space or environment. Thereupon, this study intended to find the relationships between aesthetic variables by perceptual and affective judgement for space design. In the findings of research, low level of 'arousing' as well as high levels of 'pleasant' and 'relaxing', which are variables of affective dimension evoke high preference. And high preference is also appeared in space design cases with high unity, order, and clarity, which are variables of perceptual dimension, and??with low contrast and complexity. Complexity, one of variables of preference by Kaplan, is in inverse proportion to space preference. So, space design with high complexity has high level of 'exciting' and 'arousing' affective responses and relatively low level of 'relaxing' response. Additionally, it is confirmed that the most important influencing factor on complexity is diverse components rather than visual richness, ambiguity, and ornamentation. |
