| 요약1 | 지속가능한 실내환경디자인은 생태적 순환속에서 생리적, 심리적으로 건강하고 인간의 안전, 쾌적, 건강, 편안함, 복지 및 인간 활동을 증진시켜주는 환경을 거주자에게 제공하는 디자인 행위이다. 인간이 대부분의 시간을 보내며 생활하는 실내환경의 질은 그 안에 거주하는 인간의 육체적, 정신적 건강에 결정적으로 지대한 영향을 미치는 요인이 된다. 건강과 웰빙의 개념이 새로운 시대적 패러다임으로 대두되면서 보다 환경 친화적이고, 거주자의 풍요로운 삶을 달성하기 위한 지속가능한 실내디자인에 대한 절대적인 요구가 증대되고 있다. ?? 본 연구는 초고층 아파트를 대상으로 단위 주공간의 실내건축디자인 요소를 체계적으로 분류함으로써 지속가능성의 향상을 위한 초고층 아파트의 단위 주공간의 실내디자인의 평가방법을 제안하기 위한 기초적 연구이다. 본 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인간, 건물, 환경간의 상호의존적 관계가 있다고 볼 때 이들 간에는 시스템을 형성하는 것이 명백하므로 인간, 환경 그리고 에너지 및 자원시스템으로 대분류하고, 각각의 시스템이 다시 2개씩 6개의 중분류 항목으로 체계화한 수 관련 24개 평가지표 항목으로 소분류 하였다. 둘째, 24개의 평가지표들은 모두 107개의 계획요소로 구성하고 각 계획요소들의 중요도와 상관성을 근거로 객관적으로 선정하는 것이 필요하다. 셋째, 인간, 환경, 에너지 및 자원시스템의 24개 평가지표 항목들 간에 상호관련성을 주관적으로 정리하였으나 추후 객관적으로 검증하여야 할 것이다. 본 연구의 궁극적인 목적은 친환경적이고 건강하며 환경의 변화에 장기적으로 대응할 수 있는 지속가능한 주공간디자인의 평가모델을 제안하므로서 단위 주공간의 지속가능성을 중대하는데 있다. 위에서 제안한 체계적 분류방법은 지속가능한 실내환경디자인의 평가도구를 개발하는데 긴요한 자료로 이용 될 수 있을 것이다. |
| 요약2 | A sustainable building must produce an interior environment that is safe, healthy, comfortable and supportive of human performance and well-being. The medical human comfort, performance and productivity cost of unhealthy environment may cause much cost for healing. Research that buildings with daylight, fresh air, eco-materials and sustainable interior design are consistently rated as more comfortable and occupants performance, satisfaction and health. This study is to categorize systematically interior environmental design elements for improving sustainability with a view to developing an evaluation model of super high-rise apartment unit plans. With a literature survey and design guide lines concerning sustainable design elements, three high level categorization of human, environment and energy and resources systems that consists of two middle level categorization respectively have been proposed. For the low level categorization a total of 24 items have been suggested. Finally a total of 107 design elements concerning the 24 items have been proposed. The needs for a systematic approach to interior environmental design for sustainability have been discussed. |
