| 요약1 | 실내 공간 내에서 사용자 특성에 따른 각 시설 및 공간계획에 대한 체계적인 지침이 필요하다. 그 동안의 연구 내용은 편의시설에 대한 평가, 법규의 준수 여부 등에 치중되어 내부 공간 설계를 하는데 있어서 기준에 대한 판단을 하기에 어려움이 발생되었다. 또한 법규에 규정된 유효치수 및 면적이 상황에 따라 달라질 수 있으므로 디자인의 융통성을 위해 세밀한 규정이 필요하다고 판단된다. 이에 본 연구는 이러한 동기를 전제로 하여 휠체어 사용 업무자의 속성을 파악, 분석하고 선행된 업무환경 요소를 제시하고 비 장애인 근무자와 공간적 차별 요소들을 비교 분석하여 장애 근무자 채용에 대한 효율성과 형평성을 달성하기 위한 하나의 수단으로서 공간 계획에 관한 적절한 개선 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 또한 본 연구는 현재 시장에서 판매되고 있는 오피스 가구를 바탕으로 사용자의 편의뿐만 아니라 운영자도 장애 근무자의 채용에 대한 시설 투자 부담감을 줄이고 이해하는데 또 다른 목적이 있다. |
| 요약2 | The purpose of this study is to examine the physical factors of work environment and to establish the evaluation factors for office design for wheelchair users. This study is based on the existing research for office environmental factors; and then clarifies the physical factors that are suitable for circumstances of wheelchair users. These factors are composed three physical factors which are space, furniture arrangement, and ambient condition and then each of these factors has detailed several elements. Futhermore, comparing physical factors between a non-wheelchair user and a wheelchair user with work environment is analyzed on the assumption using the system furniture on the market. This study is expected to be used as basic information to provide the way of improving office space plan for wheelchair user in workplace. This resource can serve as a checklist when renovating, re-designing or building a new office space for wheelchair users. The evaluation of office environmental factors for wheelchair users who work in public and/or private companies is needed for the next research. |
