OMA(렘 콜하스)와, OMA 출신들로구성된 MVRDV등을 선두로 하는 네덜란드 중심의 건축가들은 이러한 시대적 특성을 작품에 반영함으로써, 기존 시각과는 다른 시각으로 건축을 표현하여 세계의 건축에 적지 않은 영향을 미치고 있는 것이 사실이다. 하지만 이들이 가지고 있는 건축에 대한 근본적인 시각의 본질은 이들이 진행했던 프로젝트에 대한 개념이나, 프로그램, 방법론, 테크닉 혹은 구조적, 양식적 경향과 또 그들의 저서에 비해 제한적으로 진행되어왔다. 이들이 보여준 작품들이 국제주의 양식이후 포스트모더니즘을 전후한 건축과, 네오모더니즘의 건축들과 가지는 가장 커다란 차이점은 건축을 대하는 자세에 있어서 건축의 의미와 형태구축의 방법과 기술적인 측면이전의 건축을 대하는 근본적인 시각에 있다고 할 수 있다. 이에 19세기말 모더니즘을 배경으로 사회와 예술에 있어서의 새로운 시각으로서의 방향을 제시했던 신즉물주의의 본질과 속성을 바탕으로, 현대 건축디자인에 대한 논의를 가능하게 한다면 비교적 설득력 있는 연구가 될 것이다. |
| 요약2 | Recently, by the expansion of Industrial Capitalism and the development of Information Technology, the qualify of humans' life came to have various aspects. In this era of variety, among all the different attempts Rem Koolhaas(OMA)'s architectures attract attention for their architecture's new point of view in architectural design. On the basis of the objective fact in the modern world, as a construction which expresses the language naturally, and a democratic architecture of a faithful part for the whole, these kinds of approach shows the similarity and the properties of Neue Sachlichkeit which has appeared in the colloquy and photographs in Germany at the end of the 20th century in the past. The main purpose of this study is to recognize the understanding and development of Neue Sachlichkeit's properties in architecutre - the Neue Sachlichkeit's influence on the architecture from elementerism, Constructivsit International, ABC Group and Holland's "the De 8 and Opbouw's" architecture's move to the Holland's architecture - in colloquy and photographs from 1910 to 1930 which had the similar aspect and chronological situation of the modern world. |
