| 요약1 | 본 연구의 목적은 비 영역적 업무공간의 물리적 환경에 대한 질을 높이고 사용자의 만족도를 높일 수 있도록 비 영역적 업무공간의 성격을 규정하고 설계과정에서 방향성을 제시하게 위한 것이다. 이것을 위하여 업무공간의 평가 방법들과 비 영역적 업무공간의 차별화된 조사도구를 이용하여 사용자의 만족도를 산출하고 이를 이용하여 개선우선 순위를 산출하는 것이다. 이러한 개선우선 순위는 비 영역적 업무공간의 계획 및 설계 단계에서 이러한 방향성을 적용한다면 소모적인 설계과정을 보다 효율적이고 생산적으로 진행 할 수 있을 것이다. 또한 비 영역 업무공간과 사용자간의 물리적 환경에 대한 관계 정립의 일환으로 비 영역 업무공간의 활용도를 높이기 위해 고려해야 할 디자인 요소를 도출하는데 있으며 사용자의 만족도를 활용하여 개선우선 순위를 산출하여 그 개념을 차후 계획 시 그 결과를 활용하게 하는데 의의를 둔다. |
| 요약2 | The study is focused on the extraction of design consideration for non territorial workplace though the analysis of the workers satisfaction. Though the application of investigating method, at the first stage survey, satisfaction of non-territorial workplace user and the non territorial workplace design considerations are figured out. In addition the appraisal items are arranged and all of the factors were identified to influence the entire satisfaction in statistically meaningful levels. The first order of the design consideration for non-territorial workplace was evaluated as ‘Psychological Element’, ‘Service Element’, ‘Mutual Interchange Action’, ‘Individual Working Element’, ‘Work Efficiency’, ‘Physical Element’, respectively. Therefore the considerations are extracted based on the workers satisfaction and it need to be most focused on Psychological Element’among other things for non territorial workplace. |
