| 요약1 | 건축물을 기획하고 설계, 시공, 사용하기까지에는 매우 다양한 요인들이 작용한다. 특히 교육문화시설인 공공도서관을 건립할 경우에는 시설, 자료, 서비스, 운영, 관리 등 여러 분야에 대한 체계적이고 복합적인 건립과정이 요구된다. 그동안 우리나라의 공공도서관은 정부의 지원 아래 양적으로 꾸준히 발전해 온 것은 사실이나 서비스와 시설환경 등 질적 인프라는 이에 못 미치고 있다. 그 이유는 체계적이고 구체화된 프로그래밍이 건립과정에서 적용되지 않았기 때문이다. 오늘날의 우리나라 공공도서관 실정과 같이 치밀하고 합리적인 건립프로그래밍 없이 기존의 공공도서관이나 다른 기관의 설계지침 등을 모델로 하여 건립하는 방식에는 공공도서관 발전을 저해하는 문제가 있다. 건축주, 사서, 이용자, 건축가가 함께 건립에 대해 고민해야 하는 공공도서관은 관련분야에 대한 종합적이고 체계적인 계획이 이루어져야 하며, 건립준비부터 개관에 이르는 여러 단계를 효과적으로 수행해야만 목적에 적합한 도서관을 건립할 수 있을 것이다. 넓은 의미에서 프로그래밍이란 시설의 건립을 결정하는 것부터 사용 후 평가까지 모든 과정을 계획하고 처리하는 과정을 의미하지만 일반적으로는 설계를 위한 준비과정으로 건축물의 필요성에서부터 시설기준까지를 결정하는 과정을 의미한다. 건축물의 기본방향과 시설기준 같은 추상적 기준과 물리적 기준을 결정하기 위해서는 건립과 관계된 수많은 정보를 선별하는 작업과 조사, 분석, 의사결정과정이 진행되어야 한다. 프로그래밍의 결과물인 설계지침이나 기본계획 등은 건축물을 물리적으로 완성시키기 위한 모든 정보를 담고 있으며 여기에 프로그래밍의 중요한 기능이 있다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 공공도서관 건립프로그래밍에 영향을 주는 정보유형을 파악하고 프로그래밍 절차와 기법을 분석하여 공공도서관을 건립하는데 필요한 건축 프로그래밍의 모델을 제시하려는 것이다. |
| 요약2 | The remodeling of apartment that improves the improves the life level is going to be in the market because of lots of old apartment buildings. Until now, the research of remodeling is mainly restricted to the laws and financial funding, however, the needs in the trend of remodeling. This research, first, through the examples of remodeling in the country, this study draws remodeling factors that can be applied. Secondly, this study targets the study of remodeling to apartments and analyzes the type of housings made by the Korea National Housing Corporation. Thirdly the study analyzes the features that appear in housing units and draws out factors of remodeling This research’s result is arranged as follows. ①Need Remodeling thorough study of space expanded, grant between artificer and active performance improvement direction such as building equipment expansion along with Remodeling concept of unit repair. ②When apartments are newly built, systematic construction is necessary that considers future efficiency improvement from the design stage. ③This study, which applied the characteristic factors appearing after the 1990s to remodeling factors, show that they can be applied when remodeling the worn out wall-slab type apartments. |
