| 요약1 | 현재 공간에 대한 연구는 물리적 공간을 넘어서 가상공간에까지 연구들이 활발히 진행되고 있지만 그 방향 및 내용은 이슈화되어 편중되는 경향이 있다. 그에 비해 모서리는 공간을 구성하는 필수적 요소임에도 불구하고 구체적 연구가 진행되지 못했으며, 또한 기초적 지식 및 그 연구 기반이 제대로 마련되어 있지 않은 실정이다. 그에 대한 이유로는 모서리에 대한 ‘인식의 부재’가 주요한 원인이고, 다음으로는 모서리가 내포하는 언어적 의미처럼 우리는 그 조형적 ‘중요성을 간과’하고 있는 것을 들 수 있다. 본 연구는 지금까지 미비했던 모서리의 개념을 심도있게 살펴보고, 사례분석을 통해 공간에 있어 모서리의 조형적 표현특성을 연구하여 공간디자인에 있어 모서리를 적극적으로 고려하고 활용하는 방법 및 가능성을 제시코자 한다. |
| 요약2 | First of all corner is an essential element to consist the space, but there is not much solid study and basic concept on the corner. The most important reason is the lack of the concept on the corner. The definition of corner by itself carries the term of space. Accordingly arguing the corner in space is to characterize the space. The corner is an important element to build up the space. The purpose of this study is to give a definition on the corner in space and suggest the way of practical use. The corner in space began to transform after Cubism. Therefore this study is bounded after Cubism era. The focus of study on plastical expression properties is on the view point by each era and constitutional point of view. In conclusion, the concept of corner has been switched from the concept of structure to concept of decoration. Also, study found that the concept of corner has the ideology, medium, and characteristics of boundary. |
